1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 handful spinach
½ green apple or ¼ cup berries
½ avocado
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp flax seeds
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
½ tsp cinnamon
ice cubes
Add almond milk to blender.
Add spinach, fruit, and avocado.
Add seeds and protein powder.
Blend until smooth.
